There’s nothing worse than adding a new product to your range, it selling well… and then finding that your supplier no longer stocks it.

Or to need to buy 20 jars of a particular sweet only to find that your supplier only has 5. And it doesn’t help that they are ‘expecting a delivery a week on Friday’!
